Vivacity (noun): liveliness; animation; sprightliness

From our supercalifragilisticexpialidocious staff to our daring dishes, we aim to please the customer by offering a fun atmosphere where we are each free to be our own vivacious selves.

We believe in serving the highest-quality dishes to our guests. We define our quality in three key ways:

  • Taste – our special focus on Shunde food means that only the freshest ingredients are used to create a vibrant mixture of delicate flavours
  • Variety – we’ve all had our Har Gow and Siu Mai from past dim sum experiences, so if you’d like to try a few new things from the South, just ask for our recommendations
  • Health-conscious – nobody likes going to a restaurant and ordering the burnt, oily, greasy, buttery, over-sweetened or over-salted dishes; we’ve listened and we’ve now revised our cooking methods to reduce sugar, salt, oil and MSG content wherever possible, without compromising on flavour

Vivacity Restaurant is run by owner-operators Kitty and David, who are currently raising a family in Beautiful British Columbia.
